A variety of condiments and sauces will be on display for the first time at this year’s 2017 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City. Parrano, the Dutch cheese imported by Best Cheese Corp., will be introducing Grated Cheese Shakers and Parrano Truffle, both of which will feature the same nutty flavor, buttery aroma, and texture that consumers have come to expect, but with a new twist. The convenient Grated Cheese Shakers are extremely versatile and will come in three flavors: Original, Truffle, and Herbs. Parrano Truffle is crafted using the original authentic Italian Parrano recipe while folding in shavings of Italian black truffles.

Reva Foods will be on hand for sampling and ordering its entire line of gourmet sauces, salsas, ketchups, and seasonings for the first time at the Summer Fancy Food Show. Its portfolio includes tropical BBQ sauce flavors such as Key Lime, Pineapple, Mango Habanero, Cherry Habanero, and Sweemotle. Salsas include Fiery Red, Black Bean and Corn, Mango Pineapple, Blueberry Salsa, and Cranberry Relish. Ketchups are married with chipotle or habanero, and seasonings include Citrus Fire Seasoning and Sweet Smokin’ and Grillin’ Rub.

Beyond Better will debut Beyond Better Cashew Sauce, a plant-based cheese sauce, that is great for camping, traveling, and quick meals at home. The vegan-verified just-add-hot-water mix uses organic ingredients, is Kosher and non-GMO certified, and does not include dairy, soy, gluten, or corn. Each mix makes 24 ounces of cheesy sauce.

The Serious Foodie is introducing a new line of artisanal products, headed by two offerings: Vietnamese Ginger/Lime Dipping & Stir Fry Sauce, and Korean Lemon/Garlic Grill Sauce & Marinade. Each sauce is produced in small batches, is full of flavor, and uses all-natural, gluten-free ingredients. The Vietnamese dipping and stir fry sauce brings the freshness of ginger, lime, fresh lemongrass, cilantro, and mint, with the slightly spicy finish of Sriracha, while the Korean sauce has a tangy spiciness that comes from gochujang.

Karmalize.Me will unveil two new spiced nut butters: Organic Cashew Butter with Cloves, and Thai Spice Almond Butter. The Organic Cashew Butter with Cloves is an homage to the tradition of lightly flavored cashew curries from Goa, India, and is stone ground in small batches to achieve a creamy texture. The Thai Spice Almond Butter blends freshly roasted and stone ground almonds, dried lime leaves, lemongrass, cayenne pepper, organic coconut palm sugar, and sea salt to create a flavor from Thailand that is intense.
