England Netball will host Australia, New Zealand and Uganda in a four-day tournament in January.
The series will take place at Wembley Arena on 20-21 January and Leeds’ First Direct Arena on 27-28 January.
The Roses reached the World Cup final for the first time in August but lost to 12-time champions Australia.
England Netball CEO Fran Connolly said hosting the event across two venues “demonstrates the growing support and interest in our sport in this country.”
The Australian Diamonds are top of the world rankings, while New Zealand are second and Uganda secured a best-ever fifth-place finish at the World Cup in Cape Town.
The Nations Cup series will mark the first time international netball has been held in Leeds and the first time since 2017 matches have taken place at Wembley Arena.
“Playing teams of this calibre is a significant step towards preparing for and realising our longer-term ambition,” said England head coach Jess Thirlby.
“All three [nations] represent different challenges and this will be a great opportunity for us to come up against varying styles during what we hope will be a thrilling series for our fans.”
England won an historic silver in South Africa this summer, recording wins against Australia and New Zealand en route to the final.
The Roses will also face South Africa in a three-match series in December in Manchester and Nottingham.
