Blackstone is promoting two senior executives to the newly created roles of co-chief investment officers as the firm adjusts to life as a trillion-dollar asset manager.
In their new roles, Ken Caplan and Lionel Assant will coordinate investments across the entire firm, which now encompasses everything from private-equity to real-estate and hedge-fund investing, executives said.
